The Carnival

Every so often, Dominic's employer offers us something fun. Today there was a big carnival. Face painting, bouncy houses, The Gin Blossoms played. There was free food, candy, and so much to do. I almost didn't make it, being so sick. As it was, I was largely just dragged around from booth to booth. But the kids had a blast.

We don't often get days like this where we're all together out doing something fun (and free!) so we really enjoyed this. Even if I did feel like sleeping the rest of the day.
