So, wanna meet our wild cast of characters?
Dominic: An amazing father, and generous husband. We do everything together. Well, except knitting.
Karina: Dominic's 19 year old daughter who is loving every minute of college. She headed to University with a full academic scholarship, and we are so proud of her. Even though she's not my biological daughter, I would love to take credit for at least her geeky side. She's so my girl like that.
Reagan: Our 14 year old son. Diagnosed with Asperger's over 3 years ago, he hasn't let that slow him down in any way. He's still in a hurry to grow up, and I'm still wishing he'd stay a kid.
Piper: Our 9 year old daughter. A little mama in training, she takes care of everyone. From her parents to the cats, she has a heart for helping others. She's also my sensitive girl. Which is funny. I would have thought she'd be my bullheaded one. But that went away with the toddler years.
Bridget: Our 7 year old daughter. It's hard being the younger sister. But Bridget always holds her own. She has a voice, and she's not afraid to use it. Brave and fearless, she's protective of her family and a natural leader. My timid toddler has turned into a very strong girl.
Ciaran: Our 6 year old son. Ciaran is growing up so fast! Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Ciaran has surprised us all with how much he can (and will!) do, and his capacity for learning and growth. He is both a challenge and a wonder to us.
Quinn: Our 4 year old son. He loves his family and wants to do everything his big brother Ciaran can do. He's smart, quick, and an excellent climber. He's also very opinionated and not afraid to let us know what he thinks. I'm gonna say he gets that from his dad. Not me. Nope.
Brennan: Our 2 year old son. Born August 30th 2009, he came as a bit of a surprise. We weren't expecting him until October 10th! After some time spent in the NICU, he came home, healthy. He may be the happiest baby we've had. He's so much fun!
