I love coming home. It's nice to be back in my own house with my own things. At the same time, I never seem to have enough time at my parents house to make the visits I want to make and get everything done. It's made worse by exhaustion brought on by children who have trouble getting used to sleeping in a new place and think that it's time to get up before six in the morning.
So, I had a nice visit with a couple of friends, and was able to spend some time with my brother, sister-in-law, niece, and nephew, but missed out on seeing several other people that I would have liked to or actually planned to visit.
