There are about 100 times in my day that I'm certain I'm doing a terrible job. Someone takes a toy,.someone yells, cries, screams, or shouts. Someone has a meltdown. Sometimes it's me. But then I turn around and Reagan is giving Piper a piggy-back ride, and running after Bridget who is half laughing, half squealing in delight, and everyone falls into a laughing heap on the floor where I tickle them mercilessly, and they all say Grace before their lunch and thank God for their family.
Then I think we're doing alright.
I can honestly say, there's no more amazing job in the world than watching these kids grow up. I only hope they know how much I love them.
