A Thank You Giveaway!

In the more than 7 years I've been writing a blog, I've been amazed at the support given to me by those who took the time to read it. Through several blog names, and several blog addresses, I've had people kind enough to check in with me and follow my long and winding path through faith, family, loss, birth, and all the rest of it.

To say Thank You to both my long time blogging friends, and my newer readers, I wanted to do some kind of giveaway. So, with the help of my friend Penny over at Bandia Solas, I am offering one lucky reader a lovely, handmade necklace:

Penny is a Pagan mom, jewelry designer, and lover of all things beautiful and made this necklace especially for me to give away here on Muse Mama.

The necklace itself is a 40mm swarovski Montana blue teardrop, wrapped Sterling Silver wire and suspended from an Aura in sterling and niobium on a handmade sterling and niobium 16-20 inch adjustable chain with handmade sterling wire clasp. I've asked Penny to ship it to the winner so I'm not tempted to keep it all for myself.

So, how do you win?  Here are my rules:

One entry each for the following:

  1. Comment on my blog and tell me something about yourself or how/why you started reading here. Or, head over to Bandia Solas and tell me what your favorite piece is and why.  
  2. Like this page on Facebook.  Include your Facebook ID in your comment, so I know it's you.
  3. Follow me through the Google link in my sidebar.
  4. Post about this giveaway on Facebook (provide a link to your post in your comment) or Tweet about this giveaway (please use the hashtag #BandiaSolas in your tweet an provide your Twitter name in your comment so that I can identify that it's you).
So, each person can have up to four entries.  

Please provide a separate comment for each entry.  This means posting more than one comment, but each comment gives you a better chance of winning.

Giveaway will be open until Thursday 5/12/11 at 11pm Central Time.  

Winner will be chosen via Random.org and posted here on Friday May 13, 2011.  The winner will have 48 hours to e-mail me to claim the gift.  After 48 hours if no contact is made, a new winner will be chosen.

    Oh my! That necklace is GORGEOUS!!! I first started reading here after I met you on SE. I thought it would be a great way to get to know you better (especially since I'm rarely on there anymore)

    Hi Anne,

    We first "met" online at Ovusoft. While things there turned ugly, and both of us got "burned" in a couple of ways, good came from that, because we became friends! Your support has meant a lot to me over the years, and in reading your blog I've found so much that resonated with my own heart.

    We met a bajillion years ago, fell out of touch then reconnected through the randomness of the internet. I don't have to win the necklace, I won when we started talking again. :)

    wow! it's been what 5 years Anne? I met you on ovusoft and while we have had ups and downs i think that i can safely call you one of the dearest friends i have and I love you for being the incredible woman - WOMAN not just mother - that you are.
